Two Workbook Studies to Begin SoonMy Yahoo! group Studio Quilts-Goldilocks and Friends will conduct two workbook study groups beginning January 15th and February 7th. The groups are called Tag Teams; Tag Team 1 focuses on Art Quilts in general while Tag Team 2 (Surfers) focus on Surface Design.
Tag Team 1 has selected Katie Pasquini Masupust’s book Color and Composition. Tag Team 2 has selected Susan Stein’s book Fabric Art Workshop. There is a lot of enthusiasm in our teams! This is a fantastic way to kick of the new year. Updates and progress reports will be made periodically here. Check back to see what we are up to or BETTER yet>subscribe to this blog. Textile Art to Own
Yes we are! I am so looking forward to my first online study class! I am so impressed with Debbie and her leadership. She has been so organized and is really open to suggestions from all of us. Our class plans are all set up and sectioned for easier communications.
Her email responses are so friendly, that I like her already and classes have not yet begun! Having such a large group of about 60 of us is no easy task. We even have “unofficial” lookey lous lurking to see what we are doing! It reminds me of Debbie’s photos of the cats looking through the windowed door. Smiles.
Terrie has managed to keep up, despite her being “under the weather” . Bravo! If I could keep up with both groups, I’d take her class, too. I am so excited to get going! Diana Bracy

It is fun to get to know each other through actions. This will be fun.
Yes, it is self guided and this is perfect for my busy schedule. It also allows me to think creatively as I work with the various techniques. Seeing what others will come up with is even more exciting. You are still the best communicator. Diana
