Only in first grade! Are you kidding! this is fantastic! Give that child every drawing, painting instrument you can find & the good artist quality, not the cheap kids stuff. Give her good paper to work on too, not the usual stuff for children’s drawings. Let her go to town and keep the encouragement. She has a wonderful talent. Tell her to keep up the good work but more importantly to have fun with it and enjoy.

What a talented young girl. I love the elephant. Very creative and artistic. Just imagine what great work she will put out when she is older if she does this well at this young age already! Wonderful Madeleine, keep it up! And I love your self portrait too, you have a good eye for detail.

I MOST certainly am!! The suggestion of a calendar is perfect!! I can certainly make one for her and this would inspire her to see her work printed. Great idea! A calendar with children’s art…wouldn’t that be great!!
